For people flying low cost to Pisa, there is no need to wait before booking their flight: the offer is so vast that most people already have fixed dates. I guess this is not true for Sicily. This is my experience, at least.

I disagree. With people booking through a site connected with RyanAir the dates are most likely to be fixed.

Besides we advertise on many portals. I'd rather try to convince to change dates people contacting me from a portal where their trial costs me nothing.

I think there is another technical thing that would be more useful than a link, and more useful than anything else: the impossibility to send a request for dates that have been marked as unavailable on the availability calendar. That would make the pay per enquiry effective. As other say, many peopl...

I have to say that last year we had 2 reservations via ryanair villas and many requests. Now it's true that just one reservation is enough to repay the full 75 requests and, having an apartment in Pisa, a connection with ryanair is obviously useful. Most of our guests travel with them anyway. I real...

I am not sure I understand well.

If I take the 2,80 pounds package, how long does it last? I mean, does the "enquiry credit" expire, or does my subscription last as long as I have had all the enquiries even if, let's say, it takes 5 years?

I find this absolutely ridiculous, but well in line with any RyanAir policy... which is essentially "get as much money you can from your customers in any possible way". We used to advertise with the other guys, we are not going to join this new portal as I absolutely find the pay per enqui...

Until a few years ago, you could rent out up to 3 vacation rentals without needing a proper "casa vacanza" business. You would give out receipts taken from one of those booklets you buy at a Buffetti or similar stores and then you would pay 30% of your total earnings in taxes. 15% of the t...

I think it's just a bad automatic translation, if you want to know.

I think the word chambre is translated with room and that's how you end up with three rooms only.

I agree that you got a nice website.
And also that a good SEO is nothing but a good, well planned website, informative and well written.

Hi everybody! I manage several properties besides my own of course, most of which we have built a website for. We get most of our requests from our personal websites (some of them, namely our own ones... as it's typical... are a bit old now and would need a redesign), and we generally book the place...

Probably not, but we have seen (more than once) the results when a professional designer gets ahold of a successful listing site. Very often, the new site looks appealing and attractive Well, there is a distinction between a professional designer and a good designer. You do not need to change every...

I agree: it's got to be the worse-looking portal out there. Messy, it looks so cheap. I open it and then I close it down immediately.

I am not sure why it works so well. It's dreadful.
