We fitted a border from Border Choice (recommendation from PW) and it makes such a difference. Still gets marked from the dreaded sun creams but cleans easily so our Manager tells us. Great choice of borders to choose from and very helpful people to deal with. Agree that maybe a screen would be a go...

We received the survey also Felicity - think it's genuine all right. They tell us we are valued customers or some such rubbish. Don't think I'll bother have done so in the past and they never bothered to take anything on board.

So far this season we have had to replace three yes three parasols and two of them were new. We have also had about 6 broken glasses and a serving platter. Would not even think about charging. I would not like to ask our Manager to start counting spoons - I think we would be looking for a new Manage...

Just had a call from Tony. I sent him packing before he could say very much. They drive me mad. Sunny Rentals sent me an email recently asking me to "come back". They would give me 50% reduction - thank you but No never got one booking from them.

+1 for Out Of Eden. This season we supplied their Cole & Lewis soaps and shower gel and they have been very well received by guests.

Would love if there was a Portugal Holiday. Nice to have the option.

I am going to switch from 8 weeks for balance to two calendar months - much better.

Nice one Bunny. You should still up your deposit for 2016 we always ask for 25% with balance 8 weeks in advance.

Two fingers are what I think of new OD and I am sure potential guests feel the same. Clock face and canon now that really has me wondering. What the hell is going on and what can they meam. Will have to experiment.

Just looking through OD at properties in our area and I notice two of them have a tick beside the little heart on the intro piece about the property. Also one has an envelope. Anyone know what this is? You think I'd have better things to do!
