I can't make sense of that extra £400.00 though. Have I got New Year muddling? I work out that if £400.00 was 3% then the price for 2 bookings came to over £13,000!
Please explain the maths.

We have a column titled transfers and contras on both the income and expenditure sheets so it is never classed as income....it just comes in and goes out.
You have to be fairly up to date with your book keeping/ accounts so that you can remember who paid what and when!

They couldn't organise a raffle ( to put it mildly)! We have been receiving payments from Yapstone into our account about 7 days after they have been made by the guest. The website looks great, very proffessional and is quick to load on our iPad. It was easy to make the ad (still working on inputting prices- our fault for being complicated!), it took a couple of hours max.
