I fully understand your concerns but doing the whole changeover single handed is exhausting and probably isn’t the answer going forward.

So sad for you. Its something many of us are contemplating doing Im sure.

Pengman were you able to make a complaint to the OTA and have this person ‘flagged up’ on their system? Surely there has to be a way to raise awareness of serial offenders ?
Isn’t technology capable of this sort of thing?

Yes, I would definitely get a home address.
Ive never experienced this situation but I suppose guests can of course provide ‘fake’ addresses.
