For stays over 7 days we leave out additional set of bedding and towels and they can change them themselves if the wish.

They will all go in the wash afterwards just in case.

At the end of stay we are asking they strip their beds and place all with towels in supplied bags.

Look for any disinfectant that states EN 14476, this is what is required to kill viruses. the EN 1276 standard which has been used for kitchens etc is not up to standards to kill viruses. Out of Eden products appear to meet the required standard. There are a few about but not many to that standard, ...

Schofields declined to quote us as we are one street in from the river Ness and a "flood risk" despite the street never have been flooded and also not a flood risk on the SEPA local flood risk register.

We have been using Towergate for some time.

If you do wish to dp PAT testing, there is no need to buy one, you can hire them also.

The main thing is to ensure any electrical items are safe for guests, the onus is left on the owner to decide how best they do this.
