Never submit to blackmail. Personally, I would say let them submit the review and as TripAdvisor then let you know you can prepare your response so that it appears directlybelow their review. At the same time you can publicly request photographs and proof that they were bitten by fleas. Could happen...

Guests arrived Thursday and reported fridge/freezer not cold on Sunday.The appliance is a whirlpool and less than a year old so under warranty. Engineer called out but can't come till Wednesday.
