Just had a phone call from a nice lady[Zoe]
who's fed up with the British summer and her and her friends are looking for a holiday for 11........ 15th-22nd Aug[ish] anyone have availability??

We could offer w/c 29th August, and as we're 'twixt Lakes and Dales (I've always wanted to write "'twixt") the scenery is glorious whatever the weather. And even if you don't like the weather, where we are you just need to look out of a different window :D

Or are Zoe and friends looking for some foreign place? :(

our 5 bed house is free from the 16th, but she may not want a village house without a pool (there´s one in the village)

Yeah, well Big Sis I got sunburnt today building a shed - you remember, the one I couldn't build the other day cos it was pissing down........... when I kept posting annoying captions 'n stuff. :oops:

I know what you mean glorious here in Norfolk[wasnt forecast] today as well.....been to the beach and had a lovely BBQ with friends in the garden.
TBH I dont think theres anywhere like Britain when the weathers nice........ :wink:
