And it annoys the hell out of me that their guidance to avoid being scammed (as a holiday maker) is to always pay for your holiday rental by credit card. Trip Advisor say the same thing. Not everybody can afford to accept credit cards!!

It's a shame that they don't also focus on it from our side (although I appreciate that's less interesting to the general public).
