I wonder if anyone was in this situation.
I had an enquiry come for 2 weeks holiday in July. I advertise my property on Homelidays and this came through their sister website Fewo direct.
I answered immediately and accepted the booking as one has 24 hrs to accept/deny the booking.
One day after the customer paid the deposit he is writing direct to me asking me to cancel his booking.
I explained that I can cancel his reservation but I have no control over re imbursement.
Can someone please explain to me the procedure? I imagined the website would inform me first, that the client has cancelled.
