Anyone having difficulty logging on to PIMS?

I use it to link my website calendar with those of the other booking sites that I'm on. My password is remembered by Google, but suddenly I'm getting a "wrong password" message, and when I try "Forgot my password", my email address isn't recognised. There's no help button, so I'm stuck, short of registering with a different email address and starting again.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
