We have a major problem

The place to discuss anything to do with computers, software, hardware, no matter how basic or technical. We all use this stuff, but we don't always understand it!

Many thanks Paolo and Alan, all received :D .
Joanna, i mailed hostfifteen, they phoned me back within 5 minutes and sorted the problem within another 10. They have said there is something strange that they cannot understand going on and will dig further and let us know.
I will let you know what it was all about when they let me know. Thank -you all for your help.
