First Booking

Post by ZwieselDave »

Hi,

I started on here as MunichDave and have been reading the forum for about 9 months, I now have changed my handle to ZwieselDave, but because we are near the end of the process for buying a Guest House and Holiday Apartments in Zwiesel, Bavarian Forest, Germany.

We have had two inquires this week and we have this morning our first confirmed booking.

For some reason that felt really really good :-)

I would also like to thank Margaret in the last few months for support and help she has given us - Thankyou.

I would also like to thank all on Lay My Hat for a super and informative forum.

Well done, that's great! Is the bookings from Germans or Brits? When do you move in?

Germans

Post by ZwieselDave »

Hi Margaret,

The booking is from Germans picking up on the original www.pensionheidi-zwiesel.de site, just trying to get the DNS swapped to us as there seems to be mails going to the old address and not being picked up.

We are waiting for the Notairs letter to say all is good which should be this week and then we can move so in the next two weeks we hope, all packed up but as soon as we get the keys I will move across to Zwiesel with Alex and Tanya can follow a bit later as the Apartment in Munich is paid up till August.

Best Regards

Dave

Well done. The feeling doesn't go away, but new dimensions are added to it every time!

Long may you prosper.

And dont forget to ask them for feedback!
