It is better to remain quiet and have one think you are stupid, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt....

The biggest mistake we make in life is thinking we have time.

Yes we have a few reviews for each of our first three lodges (look under Cumbria for Kingfisher, Otter and Windermere Lodges)

It's a nice site as it only allows positive comments :-)

We send a link in our post-stay email to our guests

Have you had any bookings as a result of people visiting that site, Windy, or do you perhaps use it to 'back up' what's on your own site(s)?

As for a post-stay email... that's not something I do at present. We have an offline feedback form that people may choose to complete, but no email... would you mind forwarding a copy (email is stay@kendalc......com ) for me to take a cheeky look at? (Of course, please just ignore if you'd rather not - I don't want you to feel obliged in any way.)

Me too Windy? :D If you still have my email that is - on my website if not.

This is what I had been building up to, just a bit nervous of what I may get back! I want some feedback on the cleaning to start with, especially for guests who follow in after a doggy friend has stayed. :?
