Need a duble oven range

Hi all
Just arrived in southwest France from Ireland and we are hoping to start a cookery school. But we are having a problem sourcing a double oven range. Idealy with a gas hob and a fan assisted electric oven. We are in the Royan (Mirambeau) area. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
