To save time and also to avoid making a mistake I have created an email template that lists my pricing chart and also give them information about availability

I do personalize it but don't have to re-type a lot of the same info every time

As noted on an earlier post we are receiving lots of tire kickers on TA and they also do not look at the pricing or availability
So the always ask in their "email are these dates available and price please " so it can get tiring

Have to admit some of it is TA fault as the only show three lines on the site and a small blue link to click for full price schedule
