Since your ad was so successful Catherine, I have plagiarized large chunks of it... hoping you don't mind....

No problem Joanna - we aren't really in competition being so far apart (an ocean apart in fact) and in a different price band! Now if you were in the next village to me I may feel a bit different about it...
I suppose the only thing that bothers me (a bit) is my tagline which I often use in my advertising: "Easy to Reach, Hard to Leave" But then again I do not have copyright on this phrase and I in turn nicked it from a golf course's website so I can't really complain can I??!!!
