House in Midipyrenees s/w France sun/ski. Swimming Pool

Hello Everyone. I have a house Near Foix, easy access to Mirepoix, Carcassonne and Andorra. Comes with Pool and sleeps up to 9 people.
Long hot summers and in the winter it's an ideal ski-ing base. It is nestled in the foothills of the Pyrenees and offers great value for money.
I am open to maybe swap anywhere in Europe.
