how much money have we lost because of stray emails?
It brought me out in a cold sweat thinking about that 3 week booking. If she hadn't rung me to ask why I hadn't bothered replying I would have had no idea.

In fact I immedietely put a note on our advert asking people to always check their spam box.

I have a standard paragraph at the end of all my emails that ask people to check their Spam box for my response :roll: :D

We've been doing that for years but people don't read.

We will now text every BT enquiry if we can also.
It is better to remain quiet and have one think you are stupid, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt....
