Mortgage advisor recommendations anyone?

Post by Joanna »

We are looking at buying a second holiday cottage, this time in East Devon. Can anyone recommend a mortgage advisor to help us find a suitable buy-to-let mortgage?

Can't advise you specifically for buy to let, but London & Country Mortgages could be worth a try. They were very helpful to us. I have also used Charcol. Both found us good deals in the past for our home mortgage.

I also found when searching previously Holiday Let mortgages. I spoke to someone there who again was very helpful, although ultimately the property I was looking at wasn't suitable for a mortgage, so I haven't used them. HTH
