Traffic Faker

Post by greenbarn »

I'm getting hits on our website from trafficfaker.com. Anyone know anything about them? I've had a google but I can't really understand what they're about; they also have a tool called Referral Faker.

Does it mean I'm about to get endless hits from spammers in the hope that I might follow the link back to them?

i had an awful job last year of losing a url gatherer from our site, they basically copied our form and no effort on our part got rid of them, we had spam enquiries every 30 mins for months.

Protect your email addresses with javascript, make forms and emails easily changeable, ie dont use the same ones for cards etc,

hope its not so bad this time,

pete
