I could go a bundle on a raclett, yum.

The Reblochon cheese sounds a bit like Port Salut? Tartiflette is soooo lovely too. I wish I was in the alps at the moment :(

Much stronger flavour and less processed. Reblochon is softer, and the skin is like a peach.

Soo, I'm reliably informed you can buy Reblochon at Hileygate Garden Centre.
