Large property in the Midlands for New Year?

Hi everyone

Just asking on behalf of my sister-in-law who is looking for somewhere for New Year...

The party consists of 12 adults & 5 kids (they are happy to have kids in parents' rooms and could bring their own pop up beds etc. for them)

Ideally, it would need to be In the Midlands area, Nottingham, Derby etc. as they are coming from all over.

Any recommendations?
