Still some caveats though.
Any Landlord who has a Tenant in arrears can now give 10 days notice to for payments to be cleared to avoid eviction once a Judicial order has been served.
That does not make any sense to either of us.
ensuring that the landlord can assume full control of their property within a maximum of two or three months.
So nothing quite so final as 30 days difference. I wonder why?
new legislation will only be effective if personnel are dedicated to monitor and regulate the scheme.
So those in the know seem to think it is unworkable.
Never try to out-stubborn your guests.
