Thanks Nemo, well an electrician has been to have a look but only identified that the problem was not within his remit..... :roll: and we've now got a heating engineer coming out tomorrow lunchtime to have a look. Will have to ring the guests and explain tonight... :(

They've only got a 3yr old and 7yr old so I'm hoping the pool wasn't critical for them. Thank goodness it's not a houseful of teenagers, then I would have been in trouble!
