Energy saving

Post by Alvaro »

Hi. I´m looking for energy saving devices that actually work and that can be bought in Spain. Also looking for enterprises that may install a system similar to those you find in hotels (card-key-switch on power)

This morning I am having fitted 2 new air-con units, Panasonic Econavi E7 models. These have in-built sensors to judge the intensity of light in the room and have movement sensors as well. The operate on 465 watts reducing to 50 watts when the desired temperature has been reached or there is no movement in a room.

Please keep us posted regarding their performance and cost savings. Did you buy these in Spain? How much did you pay?

Cheers

I paid 650 Euros per unit supplied and installed, 2 year guarantee with 5 years on the compressor. Bought in Spain.
