Hi - does anyone have experience or currently advertise with touristnetuk.com? Had a long chat with their salesman today but unconvinced so thought I'd see if anyone on here has a view.

I've just had a look around their site; quite nicely laid out and with a lot of information on the areas featured, but despite their impressive sounding claims, they have very few properties and the vast majority of what they have is from agencies - Sykes, Hoseasons, Cottages Online etc etc.

In order to get a link to your own website they want around £90, but the impression I get is a start up site populated with agency properties; a free listing might be worth the effort (if you're the very optimistic type), but anything else probably isn't worth considering.

Very little information on the site as to who they are, no T&Cs etc etc.

Final thought - any site that needs to cold call usually has a very good reason for employing that tactic.

My 2p worth.
