Firefox underwent an update yesterday so this evening was the first log in on my home PC since upgrade. Wow, what a disaster. I could not get Firefox to load at all after many attempts and restarts so I uninstalled and reinstalled, but still had to select some sort of default profile to gain access. Usually upgrades carry all my preferences etc. across but not this time - I have lost all my add ons, extensions etc. including spell check and adblock. Can I retrieve or do I have to find them one by one and install them again? This has never happened to me in the history of my love afair with Firefox See, it didn't even flag that I had missed an 'f' out of the word 'affair'!  |
