It would be funny if it weren't so serious.
I think there are still a lot of people who don't know or don't care that the Spanish government insists on knowing about any house, money or stocks/shares in another country. That is if you a fiscally resident here and any one of these categories is over €50000. That doesn't mean you and your partner are OK if it is €99000 jointly owned.
