Villa/Apt Barcelona end of Oct

A friend of mine is looking for either a villa or appartment in Barcelona the week after half term in October. It would be for 6 - 8 people. It would need to be ideally located to attractions/facilities etc.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I would stay in the Xiample, much nicer that the Rambla's.
