I've been lurking here for a while and decided it was about time I signed up and said hello :)

I live in the UK but have a property near Los Alcazares in Murcia, Spain. I found this forum whilst researching a new website I'm working on that is aimed at people looking to rent or buy property in that area. The site may accept listings at some point but it will not be a listings site per se. That's how I ended up here. It has been quite enlightening to read everyone's views on the big listing sites!

I'm sure I will have lots of questions for you all as my site develops (it isn't live yet) and maybe I can pay you back with some help in other areas (I know quite a bit about about websites etc.)
