South West Owners - seminar in Exeter, March 16

Post by Nemo »

Owners in the South West, I've just had an email with *spaces still available* marked on it, giving details of a short seminar about holiday letting being run by Francis Clark accountants. The firm were involved in research on changes in inheritance tax and the impact on holiday lets in 2013.

Here's the details anyway in case any of you are interested:

Get more from your holiday letting business

Monday 14th March 2016

Industry experts from Stags, Francis Clark and VisitCornwall have teamed up to provide an informative free seminar on how to get the most from your holiday letting business.
Topics include; an update on market conditions and how to maximise your selling price, tax relief on interest, Stamp Duty Land Tax and Capital Allowences and how to market your business.
To reserve a place, on a first come, first served basis please contact marketing @ stags. co. uk. (I've put spaces in it to prevent it from being a live link for harvesting purposes etc)

Could be good. John Endacott of Francis Clark is the guy who wrote the accountants' bible on FHL and has done a lot of campaigning and beating up of government for our benefit.
