Searching for a caretaker - South of Bergerac

Hello

We are looking for a caretaker south of Bergerac. Replies from ones found on angloinfo, so far, either do not cover that part of Dordogne or they are booked up.

Any suggestions please? I am quite happy using a local as my own French is improving - have today started looking for
" nettoyage" and "gardien"

Maybe I should be using other words? Searching particular sites?
