Tax bill

[Hells Bells]

A friend had received his tax bill which is actually zero anyway.He had bought a leaseback property, and below his income for this year, are 5 equal amounts of around 8000 euros which he assumes are the projected income for the following years. He is concerned (I think unneccesarily), that he will be charged tax on this amount as I don't think it is sufficient income to pay tax. He is a UK resident.
