In the light of that, I had to go to see what my booking metrics were: Zero bookings in the last 90 days (but of course) and classed as "Good". I am outperforming 64% of the competition I am told. Trip Advisor just keep sending me emails telling me how wonderful I am. But they don't give me percentages. However, it makes me feel good!!!
I suppose it is merely because I respond to enquiries within the hour. I do get enquiries (very occasionally) but I never book them through their platform as I am on subscription and don't take payments through them. So what would they know?
