Booking.com commission overpayment
Booking.com today debited my account for £127.50 commission. This is correct and expected. However they also helped themselves to another £550 which they say they cannot find on their system. It is on my bank statement and I contacted my bank, who confirmed the £550 had gone to Booking.com. Has anyone else had this and how did you deal with it. Thanks

Never had experience of this before.
However, as I see it you have two options.
Escalate the complaint with Booking. Second option is complain to the bank. The complaint with the bank will depend on what sort of payment agreement you have with Booking.
If you feel cheeky enough do both at the same time.
