Would love a weeks Festive retail therapy next year.

We offer our 3 Bed (is actually 4 bed but one used as an office)/4 Bath detached villa overlooking Lake Vinuela some 15-20 minutes drive inland from the eastern Costa del Sol. 50 minutes from Malaga Airport or 80 minutes from Granada airport.

House basically is split level with all rooms at ground level apart from 2 en suite bedrooms that are accessed via a flight of outside stairs (these are the rooms we use for B+B). Accommodation upstairs consists of:- Large Living/Dining Room (full Sky TV package for British programmes), Kitchen, Double Bedroom with en suite Shower Room and direct access via patio doors to Terrace, Office with 24/7 Internet access, separate Bathroom with full Bath. Outside there are 4 Terraces (roof, covered, front of house and poolside) plus an 8m x 4m Swimming Pool; the Roof Terrace is a real Winter sun trap.

Sorry - web site will only give you details of our B+B rooms but will at least give you an idea of this area.

Other swaps gladly considered but cannot commit ourselves to anything earlier than December 2007 yet due to husbands current illness; wouldn´t want to have to let anyone down by cancelling.
