I will be sailing around the north of Corsica and then onto Elba in June, any must see's or any local info you would like to offer would be appreciated!

Elba is a beautiful island. Don't know whether you can get hold of a car (otherwise public transport works fine there), but visit Marciana Alta, in the mountain. It is not touristic, very well preserved and nice.
Portoferraio has some nice parts and Porta Azzurro is also worth a visit. I would avoid Marina di Campo, it is new and very commercial.
Have a nice trip. Elba from the sea should be even more interesting.
