Had to look and see what you were both talking about. I think Jenny's deposit is very reasonable- I ask for more and it's still not really enough but as much as I feel I can reasonably expect to ask for !

Hi Fraise,

Last year I asked for about three times the amount now showing...but as I could only reasonably expect to collect this via a cheque, with all the risks involved, and as I tend not to actually take the deposit anyway - bad practice, I know! - I thought, what's the point? So this year I'm asking for a more modest cash deposit and we'll see how it goes.. watch this space!
