Mario, I just had the same thing happen (discussed on this thread). My property managers are still trying to arrange a visit with them -- they keep playing phone tag and this week the house is booked so it isn't possible anyway.
It took a little convincing for me, but in this case I think it was okay.
Poss booking but husband wants to look at villa
Well after e-mailing back midday yesterday she did not reply till 2030hrs after which time I was in work and did not see the e-mail till after midnight and replied that I could contact the pool man myself if they wanted to arrange a time today (all a bit short notice),the e-mail is below, PS says they live in London but e-mail originates from Manchester its getting stranger,still no word from them.
