Are your houses booked together for 2008 Ros?
I think big groups tend to book earlier to be assured accommodation as there tend to be fewer large places available. In the last week I've had a booking for all three for a week over the New Year and another for the May 2008 half term, both from groups wanting to rent all three together.

as La Veche says Its the large capacity accommodation that makes a difference Im sure..about 80% of my bookings are for both houses together...
I do advertise on a lot of sites as well Im sure that helps...
I take all the deposit when they book always have done .....
