Post by Chez »

Just like to say hi to everyone.

We are looking to buy a holiday home around Cornwall, can anyone tell us how many weeks people actualy rent there property out for, or is there a just a rule of thumb?

Another thing that stricks me scanning the forum everyone seems to own places abroard, is the uk rental business not that bouyant or iam i not looking hard enough.

Any help would be much appreciated

Hi there
I'm in the UK and could rent all year round if I wanted. We have to take the cottage off Nov - Feb for a break. I only take full weeks now too.

One piece of advice - wood burning stove! That gets me so many bookings even if for the summer when they aren't going to use it. It's a great focal point.

PM me if I can help specifically. Sue
