Summer skiing cancelled - try again in 4,000 years.

This climate warming thing is getting unnerving.

We rely on punters getting some summer skiing on our nearby glacier, Les Diablerets. This summer it's cancelled, and it looks indefinitely.

unless there was a dramatic reversal in the warming trend, the closure was not considered to be temporary.
