HolidayLets has a 50% off offer
If it is useful to anyone out there...Ross of HolidayLets announced (on the VR yahoo group) a 50% off offer for those with properties in the US as they are trying to attract more US homes and they realize the exchange rate puts some US owners off...asked him about US owners with places outside the US...but it is only for those with properties in the states

you need to email...here's the post from the Vacaction Rentals Yahoo Group:
For background info, HolidayLets.Net is a UK based holiday lets
portal, founded in 2002 and listing 9,000 plus properties.
We're keen to build up our presence in the Americas and are
therefore offering new clients in that region a 50% first year
discount on the annual subscription. This means you can trial the
service for just 49.50 UK pounds.
So, if you'd like to start attracting more holidaymakers from the
UK, why not give us a try? Simply email Joanne on
joanne@holidaylets.net and she'll provide you with a code for your discounted subscription.
I hope this hasn't been too intrusive.

yea, i know. Probably not a good special anymore. Anyone have any recommendations on how to get European guests to an area that few may have heard of?
Jon-
Have you received any enquiries/bookings/traffic from them?
Was considering them for the NY house...but a bit worried it may be a waste because there are only 5 properties in the entire NY area (I know there are quite a bit more in FL) wasn't sure anyone would look there for a US property.
Thanks!
