Not quite home exchange

Not quite home exchange, but didn't know where else to put this.

I am looking for housesitters in January. It's only a short break, 20th to 25th, but if anyone wanted to stay longer they could have an en suite room in the house or use of the apartment if it's free. There will also be a car available while I am away.

Ideally I'm looking for two people who would be willing to walk the dogs each day. Once they've had a walk the dogs are happy to be left, so the sitters wouldn't be tied to the house.

If anyone knows of someone who might be interested in a winter break in Spain, please pass on my details.

I'll ask Dave if he could get time off. I'll be back on my feet, hopefully by then and would appreciate a change of scene.

If that doesn't happen can I just say to everyone how lovely Villa Marina is, the views are to die for and the surrounding area is gorgeous!
