I have shrunk an animated gif for a member who wants to use it as an avatar. It was too big at 160 pixels high, I have reduced it to 80. But now it is no longer animated. Anyone know how to do this? Here is the original gif, it needs to be 80 pixels or less and no more than 6kb:
