Buying a second holiday property

Hi everyone,
I'm new and have been reading some interesting posts in the last few days on this forum.
I have an apartment in the Algarve that I let out to friends and family. This has grown over the years to friends of friends etc.!
Many of these now clash on weeks and I think I have enough to fill quite a few weeks in another one. I'm thinking of it as an investment although I'm a bit concerned with the seemingly falling market.
I would appreciate any of your wise opinions on this.

I'll happily swap stories about a second property in the Algarve, but where in the Algarve are you and do you have a website ?
