What do you consider "upscale"??

WEll, it looks absolutely lovely already! Gorgous floors, plenty of light and space, pale walls. And it has the granite worktops too, by the looks of it.

I think it's just a case of furnishing it in the appropriate style. I'm sure it will do well.
