Apartment in Nice to swap in Febuary

We have a one bed apartment in centre of Nice. We (2 persons) are hoping to take a break for 7 nights sometime Feb 1-21 next, and would gladly swap our apartment with fellow LMHers. Open to all suggestions, but somewhere a little warmer than Ireland would be good!. Direct flights from Ireland preferred.

I couldn't swap in Feb as we are already going away for two weeks, so if you fancy our place, when would yours be free for the swap? Obviously not in your peak season!!!

Just to add: fly to Faro or Seville. There must be direct flights available as we've had two sets of Irish guests this year.

Have been looking to rent a one bed beach side apartments in Gran Canaria. I have emailed a few owners from paid sites. Response poor would you believe!
