We did a free trial with them and looking back got a lot of enquiries but no bookings which I'm always suspicious of - any others have any history with them please?

Hello Apexblue. We had a similar experience with iknow-lakedistrict. Also found that it was a very hard sell - virtually a phone call a day. We've ended up with a line insert on the website at no cost, but have never succumbed to a paid advert. Like you, we got lots of enquiries and no bookings - and some of the enquiries were "interesting", normally an influx in the week before Easter or the week before May half term.

We also did a free trial with iknow. Ours was with iknowdorset.

They call us ALL the time to see if we will upgrade and even though we have been on the free trial for months now we never got a single thing until last week and have since had a second enquiry.

The odd thing is that with neither of them have we heard a peep back. Usually a guest will at least come back to us and say "we found somewhere else" or carry on correspondence a bit longer with questions about the properties, etc but not so with either of these.

Not sure what to think.
